In this series, Antonisia has taken a different quote from some of Shakespeare’s most famous plays, and found a way of interpreting them photographically. This has included photomontage, documentary shooting and experimental photography, creating a rich and colourful mix of styles.



The work is intended to inspire viewers to find out more about Shakespeare and at the same time pick up a real passion for the written and visual arts.

“This series shows a whole spectrum of photographic styles and different ways of interpreting some often quite complicated and involved lines of text.”​
